A cloud service, comfortably allows the planning, monitoring and reporting of operations and missions in the web browser.

Basic functions

Create your own forms and schedule your field force projects with a few clicks in the mission schedule. Once these are assigned location and staff, the jobs are transmitted in real time to the mobile devices. Even short-term changes are be immediately scheduled. The field force personnel has access to their current jobs everywhere and at any time. The mobile app will also check whether the data entries are plausible and will ensure that no mandatory information is omitted making subsequent data entry or costly additional visits unnecessary.

The individual entries of the mobile data collection are transmitted in real time to the control center. Completed reports can be forwarded automatically as PDF reports via email, uploaded as Excel or CSV files or accessed directly from the back end via an open WebService interface.

The Cloud service provides constant overview of the current state of jobs in various dashboards and on a geographic map presentation.

Process compliance is ensured by distribution of process documentation along with the mobile tasks directly on the mobile devices. Furthermore, the mobile app performs plausibility checks and asserts the entry of mandatory information in online and offline modes. This enables mobile users to continue to work even in areas with bad cell phone reception.

The digital workflow eliminates the time-consuming transfer of data into external programs (such as Microsoft Excel1). The reporting engine is flexible to create custom reports. These reports and their content can easily be shared with third parties by creating sub-accounts for them to view specific information.
